your entire shower routine using 6 products (v)

It’s a simple question of asking yourself, what am I actually using in the shower on a regular basis? And how can I make the products I buy, work for me in more ways than one? Here is a simple, minimalists regime that has been whittled down to a mere six products.

1 / Face Cleanse/Exfoliation: Use Lush Dark Angels Cleanser. This charcoal beauty not only cleanses but will gently exfoliate. This can be used daily it’s that gentle. If you have very delicate skin, you’re probably better off skipping this step and trying out product number 6 and using an exfoliator less.

2 / Body Cleanse: Use Lush Milky Bar Soap. A mild soapy formula that won’t dry out your skin, so feel free to use daily.

3 / Body exfoliation: Use Lush Rub Rub Rub Shower Scrub. Again, the great thing about Lush products is that they won’t strip your skin of it’s natural oils. This granulated sea salt scrub is great to use every now and again to buff your skin back to smooth.

4&5 / Shampoo and Conditioner: If you feel up for it, create your own DIY Shampoo and Conditioner with this super easy recipe or try out the Mr Smith range (Australian made and cruelty free).

6 / Moisturise and Oil Cleanse: Coconut oil is an amazing all rounder moisturiser. When you jump out of the shower and before you pat yourself dry, emulsify a scoop full onto your wet skin where needed. Oils are also an amazing facial cleanser / makeup remover, apply a small amount onto an organic cotton wipe and work it around your face. It will clean and moisturise simultaneously.

Best of all, all of these products are natural, vegan and cruelty free!

Happy showering!

xx
